In addition to all these new stores coming to the Fountains it would be nice if the Fountains also would add a Honey Baked Ham Store and maybe even a Sprouts Market would compliment the shopping center and bolster East El Paso's shopping needs.
We went shopping last weekend at Sun Land Park Mall and that is a very nice mall considering that West El Paso is it's own metropolis, but the mall was like half empty considering that everything else seems pretty bustling on that side of the mountain.

For the economic demographic of the Westside, you would think Sunland Park Mall would be better. I prefer the outlet mall and the other periphery stores around Sunland Park (Target, Academy, Barnes and Noble) than the mall. I think it is very outdated and tired looking (pink marble, really?). And, it is hard to get in an out of the parking areas.

For the Fountains, Cheesecake Factory or Dave and Busters would be nice. Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel good as well. Trader Joe's anywhere even better.

Sunland Park Mall is dead. Some of the mall stores go all day without a sale. During the week I see mall walkers and few people carrying bags with purchases. The periphery stores are busy - Marshalls always has line at the cash.

I can confirm the Twin Peaks location at the Fountains. I saw some layout plans several months ago while doing some side work for a major contractor there and they had quite a few stores already up on the layout plans that were posted up on the wall. The people working for this company which I won't name at the moment, even let me take pictures of the plans. I won't release the pictures here since I don't want anybody to get in trouble for releasing some store names early.

Most of the store lots had already been leased out, but there were still some locations without any logos on them.
Here are a few company names that I can see from the plans:

Nordstrom Rack
TJ Maxx/Homegoods
Toys R Us/ Babies R Us
Petsmart
Staples
Bonefish Grille
Chic Fill A
Brio
Pei Wei
Walgreens
Starbucks
J. Jill
Soma
Apricot Lane
Urban Outfitters
Aveda
Loft
Jason's Deli
Genghis Grill
Chico's
Gamestop
Chipotle
Love Coture

There were still quite a few lots that didn't have any logo's on them, but most of the Fountains had already been leased. I didn't see a Cheesecake Factory logo anywhere, so who knows if they are coming or not. If I go back there I will post new info if I get it.

I'm excited about Staples. Brings some competition to Office Depot. Homegoods, Urban Outfitters, and Dick's Sporting Goods are also good additions.

I heard anthroplogie was coming...but that was a over 4 months ago...they could have pulled out for all I know. I heard cheese cake was coming as well but they may have changed plans. I hope we see a big update from them here in the next few months...opening day is in October...about 6 months away
