Obviously they do not, because if they did, they wouldn't have even THOUGHT about passing such legislation.

Nope your wrong. Maybe a lot of us Anglos happen to have quite a few and some realtives who are hispanic. Guess what we know what they think cause it comes from the horses mouth. Hear it from them themselves.
