From what I see harry reid is going to win because the republicans are too stupid to put someone good to run against him. Good to see the republicans snatch defeat from the hands of victory.
You mean besides Great Basin National Park and every wilderness area in the state that the Reid hating people love to hunt in but would not have them if not for Harry?
Some time ago I did the very research for which you want the information I took the time to dig up. Since he entered congress, he has worked hard for this state. Hundreds of Millions of dollars in infrastructure has come our way because of him.
Where ever you live in Nevada you benefit from what he has done. If you like wild land wild, say thank you Harry, if you drive on a road, or use an airport, say thank you Harry.
Now, it is possible to be a reasonable person and to disagree with his Politics. You may even vote for his opponent. His opponent may win. And if so, you have helped dump the most powerful man in Washington, the man who has consistently served Nevada very well, for the most junior senator in Washington, a woman who by any standard is a total nutcase.
Bill Raggio said, "the woman voted no on everything, that is everything, including commendations for Veterans"
So, take your pick, Put Nevada first and vote for Reid, or dump Nevada into the toilet.

Reid's been in there for two and a half decades. Let's get rid of him. If Angle is as bad as you seem to think, you can relieve her of duty when she's up for re-election. The priority should be dumping Reid.

You did not work out the logic of what he said, first, place his words into context, then go from there.
Interesting that there are those who dislike Reid. He came from a hardscrabble mining background, he is a good Mormon.
Incidentally, the two most powerful economic interests in Nevada, The casinos and the mining interests support him, at least last I checked.
Oh, for the guy who wonders what Reid has done for Nevada? Another point, he helped defeat Babbits attempts to reform the 1872 mining law.

I've done my own research. I'm not voting for Angle and I'm not voting for Reid either. If there's not an acceptable third party canidate, I will vote None of the Above. BTW, White Pine county is in the Salt Lake City DMA for TV. I don't get to see political comercials or editorials (well, I do for Utah), we get no Las Vegas or Reno newspapers, and the only real media link to the state we have is a KNPR translator that doesn't have enough power to broadcast to most of town, so I have to do my own research. And anyone who would tell a 13 year old raped by her father and pregnant to turn "lemons into lemonade"* is a nutcase IMO.
*I know this was addressed as a hypothetical question in the interview not an actual experience but knowing that would be her advice, I don't want to see this woman in any position of power.

Angle is poorly spoken I'll grant you that, but she's much better than Reid. She is much better than him on taxes, spending, deficits, debt, Cap and Trade, regulations, Amnesty and the other key issues of the day.
People who oppose abortion oppose abortion. If the case involves rape or incest, those who oppose aboortion may still oppose abortion. In the same light, many people who support abortion support partial birth abortion, etc.
You're not serving anyone well by sitting out or voting for an obscure candidate like Scott Asjian (sp?).

He put us in a position for higher taxes, one of the highest employment in nevada, homes soooo many in foreclosures. Force healthcare, with it being rations, doctors talking about retiring. Why doesn't he go on that healthcare. NOOOOO. he thinks he better than us, he doesn't even care about the Vets. No he not for gun rights. All Harry Reid can waste his money is insult Sharron Angle because he got nothing else better to do. If all he can do is insult Sharron than what does that tell you about him. Yes, let him throw that money around. The tax payers can afford it. Of course. Let the little people live out in the streets begging the government for food, yes let the government enslave us. We the people, are being enslaved. Ok people time to bend over.
The name calling is so grown up, even in Jr High school we stopped depending on calling people names to try and get our point across.
