Under Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution, he must be a natural-born citizen in order to be eligible for the office of President.

There was enough controversy surrounding Obama's eligibility. Think there wouldn't be the same issues arising with Jindal? Think again.
Jindal is a natural-born citizen; the fact that his parents were not citizens is irrelevant. If some people want to make baseless claims that he is not eligible, they are free to do so. And as we've seen over the past few years, such baseless claims amount to nothing more than a lot of noise.

But as I've said before, Jindal is running for re-election as Governor in 2011. Since November of 2011 is hopelessly too late to start a campaign for President, in order to seek the GOP nomination in 2012 he would either have to:
*Drop out of the race for Governor, or
*Launch his Presidential bid while still running for Governor (August of next year is about as late as he could get away with starting)

Neither of these moves makes any sense for Jindal. He's very young and has, literally, decades to pick and choose when to make a bid for President.

West has not even served elected office yet, he is running for his 1st term to Congress. Even if he were to win, he would literally have to announce he is running for President the moment he stepped on Capitol Hill, not going to happen.

It won't and I am not sure Jindal is ready. Maybe VP would work. As for Huck, I don't think he is even interested anymore. I think he, like Palin are happy with what they are doing and will never give up the kind of money they are making. Add to that, Huck made some pretty serious mistakes in AR which would probably haunt him. I personally, absolutely adore the man.
