I ask this not to stir the racial pot but from comments I have had with blacks here in Atlanta. With such a large black population, possibly the biggest in the country now, you can get a pretty good cross section of what blacks think on most issues. Radio, TV programs, etc. along with casual conversations I have had dont paint a pretty picture. The responses vary from the mild to the extreme but those extreme views are truly frightening.

What will the whites do if Obama is re-elected in 2012?

Come on, dude, really?
Gotta agree...
I have, in one of my classes, many black people, whom didn't vote for him...Yet I have been on the other side and had a very close(black)friend of mine accuse me of being a racist because I didn't vote for him...
The point of this thread, while advertised as not racially baiting, is doing just that!

I'm not going to lump all blacks into the same group.
The people who voted for 0bama will do what they always do, vote for the next empty suit who promises them the most free stuff, and promises to punish "the rich".

So asking a legitimate question is race baiting? You just confirmed in your post that you know a black that claims you are racist for not voting for him. Why dont you ask that same person what they will do when he loses in 2012.

What types of responses are you hearing in Atlanta?

96% of them voted for him, pretty hard not to lump them together with numbers like that.
