That was hard to watch, almost cringe worthy, but probably doesn't change much in the long run considering she is already down by 20. She needed to hit a home run in the debate and she certainly did not do that.

She certainly doesn't know how to give a non-answer answer like so many polished turds already serving. I would have liked to have seen more of the debate since the wording of the question suggests it might have been a "corporations are people" ally-oop for the Democrat.
She sure has learned the Palin cutesy vacuousness and shotgun responses with multitudes of sound bite terms, finishing with the TPers patented response of let the states decide all things. But specific answers to anything? Not that I could see. Coons was a gentleman where he could very easily have skewered "Christine the not so friendly witch". When Coons took on a question, he actually answered it.
The debate was somewhat painful to watch overall. Coon is a less than attractive alternative. He came off as pompous and put out by having to sit down and actually debate.
I actually feel sorry for her, because she's so completely in over her head and not ready for this. That still doesn't change reality though--the flip side--no one puts a gun to your head to make you to run for an elected office. You have to be able to think on your feet, understand complex issues, and defend your stand (or prior stands) on those issues. People look to your past to get a glimpse at your personal judgement. It should be tough to win an elected office--it's a tough, highly responsible job.

Funny I thought the exact same thing when Obama was running for President of the U.s.
This guy Coons seems pretty clueless as well. lol!
