Is that good or bad, mommy? It is good, to me, because I don't see Haley as looking much like an American Indian and can't see Scott's skin color as making him different than the rest of us.

Uh, Roy, my post was entirely tongue in cheek. Leftists constantly refer to us in the south as racist and that we are only white republicans (which I am not) and we just proved them dead wrong. There are now two Indian American governors, Haley and Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, both from supposed southern racist states; and now we just elected a black conservative congressman. In fact Florida elected one as well, Allen West. Not to mention all of the hispanic Republicans that won tonight. The point is, pretty soon the race card will not even be relevant.

That won't sway my thinking because it would cut the number of "real" mothers down enough that the population would tend to drop off too much.
