We have no housing crisis here in Canada because our banks are not allowed to play the games the US banks played with the default swaps, the securitization of worthless paper and the wholesale robbery of trillions of dollars. Wall street my friend is the culprit aided and abbeted by a Bush administration thet looked the other way even when it became clear this was going to be big time trouble. During the Bush years do you know that almost 40% of the increase in the American GDP was in worthless financial instruments? The worst presidents ever are those who cut taxes for the rich while incurring ever greater deficits. These are just deferred taxes upon the middle class who pay the lions share of taxes in the first place.

the nafta deal was "engineered" by BRZEZINSKI during the carter admin..it got moved along during reagan, negotiated during bush1,, PASSED THE DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED CONGRESS in DECEMBER 1993 and signed into law by clinton,,,and clinton EXPANDED IT, and as soon as the nafta ink was dry was looking for 'freetrade' with asia and china

Those who are rich will stay rich. That is they way that it always has been. No matter what the economy is like. It has nothing to do with your king. In the real world, of us "average everyday" Americans, who had a job and now don't and haven't in 2 years, will tell you that they have given up looking for a job. Obama lead us into this mess, I doubt that he will clean it up, if given 4 more years. Why give him a chance to make it worse? All those foreclosed and abandoned houses in my area are still empty. The survey listed has NOTHING to do with the CEO's PERSONAL finances, it has to do with the anticipated SALES of their companies and their HIRING PLANS. DUH!!!!

As far as all the foreclosed houses - they'll start clearing out too once the job market improves further.
He saved the american auto industry and with it millions of jobs, after the republicans have given up with this industry, the economy has recovered significantly, unemployment stabilized and started lowering, the usa is seen with respect all over the world again, Barrack will win in a victory reminiscent of Reagan in 1984, you can bet on that, I would advise any serious candidates to abstain........

believe what you want, you are off base completely. I am so glad to hear how well your country is doing, but I will add, you do not live here, you live in a country that borderlines on socialism which might be what you want, but not what we want. Consider the size (population wise) of the two counties as well.
