Real Clear Politics Poll of Polls- DEM 43.3 GOP 43.0 DEM +0.3
CNN/Opinion Research- DEM 50 GOP 46 DEM +4

Then there is Rasmussen () showing Republicans up 2 in a 42/40 (they undercounted the Democrat result in 2010 by 5.8 points, but were pretty on spot with the Republican numbers)

Remember a couple of things which either you don't know or you are chosing to forget: 1-you are talking "Clear Politics" which isn't all the unbiased and independents go back and forth with their views. That is why they are independents. Whatever a poll (any poll) shows today in relationship to independents particularly can change tomorrow, next week and next year. This polls in 100% meaningless.

Now THAT'S a silly and ignorant excuse. RealClearPolitics doesn't DO the polls. They don't commission them, they don't run them, they don't create them - they JUST COLLECT what OTHER POLLS report - and ALL the major polls are shown there. These polls are ALL polls done by OTHER folks - including Left-leaning organizations like Democracy-Corps and Right-leaning organizations like FOX News and Rasmussen.

How is THAT biased?
Methinks you are just flailing around for an excuse (and a pretty poor one at that).
