Chicago's crime has been out of control for the past few weeks. He did ask for Chicago to be put on the Anti-Gang initiative, but is it enough?

Would a speech in Chicago on crime help at all?

Obama is more likely to run with McCain then Clinton. If he doesn't get the nomination my dream would be for him to run as a write in or if possible independent. Not that I think he would win but because I know who wouldn't. How much money do you think the Dumbocrats could raise without him?

"Should Obama make a speech in Chicago on crime?"

Currently it would be a good idea to divert attention away from the crimes he's been committing in Washington since this thread was new.
