Imagine democracy being usurped in the U.S. and replaced by a military dictatorship. The Tea Party and the extreme right would defend those who usurped democracy.
These people like authoritarian figures, they don't like free thinkers or even thinking for themselves.

Which dictator is that? I know that you cannot mean the POTUS because if he was in fact a dictator, he would have told the Teanuts in Congress to go straight to hell and raised the debt ceiling in spite of their hissy fits. If he was a dictator he would have told them to take a long walk off a short pier when they held their collective breath until they turned blue to keep the Bush Tax Cuts from expiring. If Obama was a dictator, he would have told them to ingest doodoo and bark at the moon when they fought The Public Option. Want some more?
