A company like Monsanto never would have been allowed to incorporate.

I'd rather have a level playing field; everything privatized; strong property rights; the government only stepping in if someone is infringing on someone else's individual rights or causing harm in some way.....than what we have now. That is for DARN sure.
So you are in support of government reigning in big corporations???

Sounds to me like you were born long after the Civil Rights Act had done the bulk of its work and you have no clue as to how nasty life was for a large segment of Americans.
Evidently it all could have been taken care of in a business like way if you look back at how other nations throughout time have handled it. Also evidently Pres Lincoln wasn't as anti-slavery as people think.

Those of us who have studied history know this about Lincoln, just as we know that Paul's term for the Civil War is very commonly used in the south.

Now suppose you tell us which countries ended slavery in the fashion you are describing, with links from credible sources.

Evidently? Based on what, Ron Paul's opinion?? This is how you learn history? Kind of explains everything...

Yes. I'm in support of stopping the corporate welfare and all the favoritism shown to the Fortune 100 companies.

I would agree with this. Can you give me some specifics of corporate welfare and the favoritism given to the fortune 100 companies?

What we've all studied in history class is nothing but a bunch of propaganda the globlaists want us to believe.

First let's start with a little HONEST history about Lincoln.

Why are you hijacking this thread to a diss on Lincoln? That is not the thread title. I don't need to watch the video. I learned in HIGH SCHOOL (I can do it too) that Lincoln didn't really care if he freed the slaves, he was more concerned with preserving the Union. He even said that.

Just for the record, I don't think its possible to hijack a thread that you started yourself.

The British got rid of slavery by buying the slaves and releasing them.
