It does sound high there is a chance I could be mistaken about what was said, but one thing I am sure of is that Perry ordered several babies removed from their incubators and placed on the cold floor because they did not have health insurance.

I agree his answer was not good, especially considering he had to know the question would eventually come up. The only thing I can think of is that since is very same issue came up in 2010 when he was running for governor, he really does believe that it's been vetted and he didn't do anything wrong.
