You are as delusional as ever, the first line from your own link:

"A NewsMax/Insider Advantage poll released yesterday shows 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul in second place in the state of Iowa"

The actual poll your link is referencing is here: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/doc...a_GOP_1129.pdf

Gingrich 28.1%
Paul 13.3%
Romney 11.5%

It is pretty sad for the Ron Paul website you link to mince words attempting to spin that as top of the field, but to you you summarize those numbers as "Cool! Ron Paul still in Number 1 spot in Iowa" I suggest you start posting in the Health and Wellness forum.

Here is the link to it: http://www.city-data.com/forum/mental-health/

Good luck.

Interesting...

According to the anti-Paul people, nobody listens to the mainstream media, people just don't like Ron Paul based on their own research. Funny. It wasn't until they announced Gingrich as the flavor of the week that he started polling so strong. He's even beating Romney now. Gingrich is so anti-conservative, if he is truly the front-runner now based on voter's actual research of him, it's sad to see what this party has turned into.

I check it in the morning to see what new wonderful thing Ron Paul has done and how the "main stream media" is totally ignoring him. And how the polls are all wrong. And how he's the second coming of Christ.... Same ol', same ol' every day. Makes me laugh.

I'm in Florida.

While I admire how loyal the Paul supporters are, the polls (Rasmussen the latest on 11/30/11) still show him holding at only 8%.

I guess if Gingrich has a collapse in his campaign there is an outside chance Paul could become the next "Romney alternative", but frankly if the debates haven't caused this to happen by now I'd say the chances are pretty low.

But, you have nothing to use by continuing to fan the flames for him.

To wit, the above post. Paul's "eagerly anticipated" cookbook is "getting a lot of buzz." By whom and for whom?? Gotta laugh...

It's not really a strategy. Ron and Carol have published a cook book every year for some time. Including a lot of non-campaign years.

Still, no one I know is "eagerly anticipating" this cookbook. And I've read/heard nothing about it, except in your post. So much for the 'buzz'...and the campaign strategy.
