This would stop the inevitable choice of the "lesser of two evils" every 4 years. And it would make both Democrats and Republicans accountable to everyone, and not just their reliable voting blocs.

That would be a Son of a ***** to manage. "Hanging chad debacle"

I always liked the ranked alternative instant run off voting system since I learned about it back in the 1980's in Poly Sci class, it would definately give candidates like Ron Paul serious contender status. Ross Perot might have even been elected in 1992.

This type of voting system would have to start on a state level in primaries for it to pick up any steam and work out the MAJOR kinks of our voting technology.

Not to mention all the issues with voter fraud we still can't get past.
