After his death, BEFORE he was able to serve his 4th term, Congress quickly added the amendment to the constitution that prohibited presidents from serving more than 2 terms..

Got it? class over.
Obama would violate the 22nd Amendment...

In 1940, Franklin D. Roosevelt became the only president to be elected to a third term; supporters cited the war in Europe as a reason for breaking with precedent. In the 1944 election, during World War II, he won a fourth term, but suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and died in office the following year. Thus, Roosevelt was the only President to have served more than two terms.

By your own sources, Roosevelt was elected to a third and then a fourth term.

He's only finishing his first term. And there is that pesky 22nd amendment; the one Reagan hated. HE is the one who wanted to run for a third term!

Unhappy Obama May Cancel 2012 Elections!!!... Under the cover of economic collapse...

Oh, no!

Does this mean he'll cancel Santa Claus and the Easter bunny, too?

I just watched another newscast with BO being interviewed. E-Gads! This man has to be 1) stupid, 2) surrounded by idiot advisers, 3) has his head in the sand and never talks to people who really know what's going on...or better yet never listens to them if they do try to straighten him out, 3) actually believes and lives in a fantasy world, 4) is so egotistic and narcissistic he is totally under complete delusion, 5) still on a drug high ???? and/or 6) most or all of the above. Anyone see the special report yesterday exposing BO's drug ties in Chicago which was covered up during his 2007/8 campaign?

I couldn't believe what was coming out of his mouth.

If he doesn't go down in flames as a result of the 2012 election, this country will not survive. I still believe in the silent majority who has always had the ability to step in and straighten up the mess when it gets to the point of disaster...just wish this majority would act a little sooner. Thank God for the tea party movement, which I believe is the silent majority starting to make their move.

How old are you? Your knowledge of US history is sorely lacking. It worries me that due to local control of schools, children can be taught such claptrap. For the record, FDR NEVER canceled any elections. He was elected President four times in free and fair elections. He was more popular than any recent president of the last 40 or 50 years.

Even during the Civil War elections were not canceled, and it certainly isn't going to happen this time around.

BO is so brain washed into the world of Socialism/Communism he cannot comprehend that the Constitution is a greater authority than his own personal agenda.
