RealClearPolitics - Latest Polls

Hmmmmm, looks like Paul will end up with a handful of straw in the end.

Real Clear Politics eh?

One question for you: If you do not like Ron Paul, that is fine. But why are you so insistent on being so negative when he does well?

I like some things about Ron Paul, but winning a straw poll...so what?

Wake me up when he wins a REAL primary..

Rass is one of the polling groups, so don't roll your eys too hard. Winning straw polls is not doing well, he rarely polls over 10% with Republicans, but I am sure it is somehow the fault of the Dems or the GOP trying to keep him down. Ever thought that people HAVE looked at his ideas and rejected them. I comment only because there is a Doctor Paul Fan Club here that repeats their cheerleader posts and try to deny the problems with his ideas and then show their true colors when anyone dares question them. He should be put in the limelight, so all can see the major issues with his ideas, Paul is nowhere near being qualified to run this Nation.

Straw polls are not the decider, they are to give an idea of what people in a certain area are thinking.

In this particular straw poll, the people HAD TO provide their voting card number before they could vote.

I'd say this is an accurate representation of what the people in THAT area are thinking.

It's a STRAW poll...it's not supposed to mean, "he's going to win!!!" or "he's going to lose", it simply gives a glimpse in to what people in a PARTICULAR area are thinking.

Seriously, people.
