Rubio is playing it smart. He would be a top pick for VP for anyone that gets the nomination. He doesn't want to mess that up. I am sure the GOP has advised him to not endorse for that reason. He is also viewed as a Tea Party candidate so he can't bite the hand and all of that.

Romney is still a front runner, if not THE front runner. However I'm not so sure an endorsement from Iliana Ros-Lehtinen is much help to him: she is "RINO" that surpasses all other RINOs.
