My wife had a great suggestion a couple of days ago: whoever gets the nomination should ask Condi Rice to be the VP candidate. She would be excellent!

No doubt she would be good. I think she could jump into the race for the top spot today and still win. She's said over and over that she doesn't want it though, and I believe her. Another good one would be David Petraeus, but it appears he does not want it either.

I don't think she would make a good VP ... she was not a good SOS.

She is only good at following orders and keeping her mouth shut. That does not make a good POTUS or veep.

The Republicans would never knowingly accept a lesbian as vice-president. She once owned a house and shared a line of credit with another woman, Stanford co-worker and documentary filmmaker Randy Bean.

But what about when she unintentionally referred to Bush as "my husband"?

OMG, could you just get over the homosexual issues for 5 minutes? I can assure you, most Repbulicans could care less about her personal life (within reason) You couldn't accept a lesbian Republican, that is your problem, especially a black one and a female. We, as Republicans are more open minded than you want to believe.

Why should an unadulterated liar be our VP?

She'd also have to come out of the closet, which I doubt that she'd do.
