Even though I'd probably vote for PeeWee Herman first... or even Hillary.

The republicans have not produced a candidate that will come close to beating Obama and his followers. I am anything but a Democrat OR a Republican myself. I am fiercely independent. Nobody represents me.

What we really need is a third party that represents the 70% of Americans that are not extreme Right Wing nuts, or Wacko Left Wing nuts. You know... those of us who want a little sanity and unity brought back into government instead of the childish garbage we have now.

The first person who brings up Ron Paul is disqualified.

I'm disqualified then! Ron Paul! If he isn't nominated, then Obama wins. It's that simple.

It's a great situation. A historical one, and you're a hater, which is fine. I'll defend your right to be a hater.

If I am a hater because I don't want Obama in office another 4 years... so be it.

If I am a hater because I think the Republican candidates are clowns... so be it.

Life is rough!

By nominating Newt, GOP would be in suicidal watch. But Ron Paul can really beat Obama if he gets GOP nomination. He will get large portion of republicans, say 60 %, more so from independents, say 80%, and sizable democrats, say 20 %, totally will be over 50 %.

Not being a huge fan of the president, I dont see any of the repub. candidates beating him---though I can see Romney pushing him to the limit.

If the Republicans want to concede the election, than go ahead and nominate Newt and enjoy the show.

If another repub candidate declares----one who is creative, a problem solver, and not a flame thrower or slogan recitor than maybe the situation changes.
