Gingrich is nuts! For a historian/Constitutionist, he's basically willingly advocating for things that go totally against the Constitution (especially he's rantings about the judicial branch). This whole, sending law enforcements to apprehend judges whose decisions he does not agree with and/or unilateral dismissals of them from their positions? That sounds like someone bent on dictatorial power of the presidency!

Gingrich is probably trying to appeal to the left here. How many times have we heard left-wingers call for the arrest of those with whom they disagree-everything from Bush, to Rove, to random people who work on Wall Street. I bet some Dems have called for Newt to be arrested at one time or another.

So if Gingrich became POTUS............ he would decide if ruings by judges are ok or not and if he disagrees with a judges decision he will have him arrested for being "radical".......... isn't that the kind of Govt they have in Iran, Syria etc?
Gingrich is the one who should be arrested ..... for attempted murder of the USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Appeal to the left or sabotage his own campaign so he and Callista can get back to their cruises and museum tours and such. He just doesn't seem to want to work this hard to me and I don't think he ever thought he would get this far. This whole thing was a Sarah Palinish move to bring him back as being somewhat relevant, increase his speaking fees and make his next book sell like hotcakes. At the same time, he is just egotistical enough that he enjoyed it for a while, but now...not so much. He can't take the constant shots. It's too hard on his psyche. I can really understand that though, who needs this mess? His wife was never fully on board with this either and she is a constant drain on him. I predict he will do something just really 'zany' pretty soon.
