I saw a video clip on CNN and Ron Paul tried to explain that although it was published under his name he was in the medical field at the time. Surprising to know the things published under his name. If he was to become the Republican nominee against President Obama I wouldnt be surprised to learn more about this.
So let me get this right Obama supporters are supporting a man who shipped guns to Mexican drug dealers, or they are supporting a man that has no idea what goes on in his DOJ.
Do you think this pot-kettle deflection does any good for Ron Paul? Paul voters aren't going to vote for Obama, and vice versa. Why bother with this kind of nonsense? Thats the thing, there really isnt more to learn about it. During the 2008 cycle, it was brought up, he said that it happened under his name, he was unaware it was happening, and took responsibility for the oversight. He has also had the president of the Texas NAACP come out and say that he knows that Ron Paul is not racist, and to this day nobody has ever been able to show that Ron Paul himself has ever uttered a racist word, and in fact his entire philosophy of personal freedoms are contrary to the beliefs of a racist.
Hyperbole is cute and all, but it just doesnt work that well when there are facts and things to show that the allegations are baseless.
The thing that scares me about RP people is that they are blind followers and never admit any shortcomings in the man or his record. He's 70+ years old and he's done everything right in his life. Why do we never hear dirt on this man? Probably because he has no chance
