when we pay people or hire people to work in our government offices, shouldn't we eliminate resumes and interviews, i mean we have a system already in place where we can randomly pick people from across America that are trusted to be judges in court of someone's fate....which seems to work fairly well, called JURY DUTY.....so instead of keeping all the nice government jobs to only a portion of the population, why not have a hiring system that has a cycle of turnover after 8 years or however much time and then the computer picks a new person to work whatever position it may be that needs to be filled..... this would eliminate the disparity in wealth across the nation...

i know you may be thinking that that would be really expensive with training issues right, but you forget that the list of those called to jury duty are only those who have jobs already and those who also pay taxes and have an established residence; if they have all that figured out, then I think any new hire picked from this same kind of list would not be very hard to train on how to the work involved in government, and **** they may redeem the industry from being laughing stock of idiots!

Hhhmmmm...
