Obama will be steamrolled by Mittens.
Well, I'm LDS, and I intend to vote for Obama. I promise you the LDS Church will never, ever come out and tell its members who to vote for. That is not to say that a great many Mormons will vote for Romney solely because he is Mormon and the idea of a Mormon in the White House has roughly the same effect on them as the idea of a Black man in the White House had on Black voters in the last election. Me... If Huntsman were to be the Republican candidate, I'd vote for him in a minute, but not because he's LDS. I know quite a number of other Mormons who will not be voting for Romney either. (I don't despise him the way a lot of people on this forum do, but I do have a few issues with him.)

I did not say the LDS church would tell its members how to vote. But as an organization, Mitt has an opportunity to take advantage of LDS church members who are his supporters, and can effectively assist him with his campaign. Gee, just a few people with a bunch of kids can pass out fliers all over an area. Organize picnics, and events, voter registration.

Interesting, Katz...why would a religious person vote for a president who openly supports a woman's right to choose? And supports gay marriage?
Doesn't that create a value conflict?

I was listening to the Bill Bennet morning show minutes ago...it's a radio talk show where listeners can call in, and as so many do, it has a anti Democrat, anti President theme to it...

One of the listeners called in and said 'I think the President knows he's going to loose, so on the way out he's going to do as much damage to the economy as he can...cause Rush Limbaugh said so on his radio show'...

This man was probably in his late 50's...

By giving air time to such irrational callers like that, who admitedly hang on every word Limbaugh says, I can see why current President will win re-election...

Who has a spare $100 after three years of Obama's horrific presidency? You must work in government.
