What the heck is the matter with ALL of the other candidates for not bringing this up?

I have wondered that myself. He has no record of achievement as far as furthering his idea while in Congress.

That many bills not passing speaks more to the majority in Congress who don't like his ideas of limited government, pay-cuts, reduced spending, auditing the Fed, etc. - than it does about him.

If they brought it up, it would put the legislation he has sponsored that hasn't passed in the spotlight. Much of that legislation would likely appeal to voters, so if it came to light it would probably help him rather than hurt him.

Why does it have to be either-or to you? Well, the answer is obvious - it serves your purpose to be snarky. Well, snarky of dallas - just because the others believe in big government and not cutting their spending, doesn't make them crackpots. It does make them part of the problem though . . . not unlike you.

Living in Texas for years while he was a congressman, I never remember hearing his name. Since then, his name is only mentioned when it is close to an Pres election year, thus I figured he hadn't accomplished much and now, we know he hasn't. That pretty much tells the story, his ideas just don't play well and it would be the same if he were President. This isn't meant to be taken as a blast Paul response as much as a "he can't sell his message to enough people."

Certainly not that many?

From what I have been hearing both sides of the spectrum are agreeing that cuts need to be made, they do not agree on which cuts and then there is the tax cuts of the rich issue, but they will get worked out. Snarky? I am simply replying to the point that was trying to be made, all I did was flip the coin, something you obviously did not like, hence the personal attack, such is life.

How about this? He deserves a job watching over the taxpayer's money. It's where he excels. Just not POTUS. If he can't get any bills passed, he wasted his time in Congress.

Thank you OP for shining a light on the admirable integrity of Ron Paul.
It is appreciated.

Why is he deemed as a failure if he is voting against those who are attempting to destroy the country most of the time?

How silly are thinking that people that have sponsored bills such as the Patriot Act and NDAA are "successful" because they had their treasonous bills signed into law?

The assumption that Ron Paul is a failure because most of the bills he has sponsored were never accepted is silly.

He has been fighting against the establishment for a very long time. Too bad most politicians are sell outs.

Exactly.
