It claims a lot of ludicrous things, nothing new coming from the Idiot Birthers, what a pathetic bunch of losers. I hope the Judge burns them with court fees and fines, which they can do for submitting a frivolous law suit.
Upon reading the petition and the comments by the author, it's no wonder to me why the Republican political establishment is staying far, far away from this topic nowadays. Pal'ing around with Birthers would be just as advisable as befriending Area 51'ers who, likewise, file all kinds of lawsuits against the government, requesting "secret documents" and making wild claims. There's little to nothing to gain and plenty to lose with encouraging madness.

Good luck with all of this. Considering the facts of the case, you would need to prove conclusively that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. Obama is presumed born in Hawaii and innocent until it can be proven that he was born somewhere else.
How do you presume to prove that Obama's birth occurred in Kenya?
Bear in mind, I'm definitely not an Obama supporter. I'm just sick to death of this birth conspiracy.
Are you also going to file suit against Romney for not being a US citizen? That one is even more ridiculous of course, but it hasn't stopped the lawsuits from being directed at him as well.
If Obama really is a citizen, he should have nothing to worry about. Let's settle this in court once and for all. It will either kill the birther movement or expose the biggest fraud in American history. I say bring it on!
