I mean, sure Romney is a good debator, a good speaker, has a presidential look, etc. But honestly, he seems like a Republican version of Barack Obama. I can definitely see him being a big government, corrupt politician. And by the way, he left his governorship with a horrible, 34% approval rating. What gives?

On the other hand, Ron Paul has been CONSISTENT with his positions for a whopping 30+ years, and has a vision for truly smaller government and real liberty. Paul has the ability to attract young and gay voters, while Romney does NOT. And Paul just comes off as far, far more genuinely interested in restoring this country, whereas Romney comes off as a sales man who just wants to win the presidency.

Does anyone else see this? Or is it just me?

If Romney becomes the nominee, I may very well vote for Obama. And that's from someone who voted for McCain in 2008.

I don't know.

It seems the only GOP people on here support are Ron Paul and Romney though... and a couple with Huntsman.

Well its sure got me beat too.

Keep in mind, however, that the media has ordained Mittens. If he does "win" the nomination I'll vote for Gary Johnson.

The only way obummer would ever get my vote would be after I'm dead and the dems keep up their usual practice!

The words "President Paul" have a great ring to them!

Ann Romney is on this board with the handle 'dixiegirl7'. She will now come and defend Romney and tell us all how the $250 million dollar man will save the America's poor.

The only way someone can support Romney is if they know very little about Ron Paul. This is why the media works so hard to belittle him and block him out. The folks in power know that if every American heard or read what Paul has to say, he would gain the support and trust of not only a majority of Republicans, but most of the Democrats as well. He would overthrow the corrupt establishment and hand the country back to the people who elected him. Paul is a genuine American hero and the ideas of liberty he champions will survive long past his time. Historians will reflect on these days of our great country miring into unending decline and wonder why the Constitutional values Paul believes in were so neglected by our society.

Oh look, another Ron Paul supporter eager to vote for a second Obama term. Can't say I'm shocked.

Three reasons why Mittens is prefered
1] the media says he is electable
2] he has the Wall st and banksters backing him
3] the American people fall in line everytime

If you could supply a few reasons why, I might at least be inclined to respect your thoughts on the matter.

romney is exactly what he is.. a politician. We can expect the same trend to continue in in this country regardless if obama or romney wins.
