That the law should be ran by what the President says.

A person than could reason from that, that we don't even need a constitution anymore.

B.c a constitution was only needed back in the day when there were bad people that got into power, now a days, only moral, all fair, superior beings get into power in this country.

Mitt Romney got booed big time. His support of the NDAA will cost him the nomination.

Mittens, like almost all the other GOP candidates, have expressed early on in the debates that they seek more power as POTUS, not less as does Ron Paul. Those who seek more power will abuse power since the Executive Branch has usurped more than enumerated to it in the US Constitution.

Mitt helped partially disarm the people of Mass. with his signature on the AWB while Governor.

Based on his emphatic war mongering response, Yes, Mitt Romney would abuse his power granted by the NDAA

Of course he would abuse the power. The problem with NDAA make this country a country of man instead of country of law.

The man (in this case, our political class) can decided who is guilty, who is not w/o presenting any evident.

In a country of law, the accuse is innocent until proven guilty. With NDAA, it will no longer apply. You are guilty when the man say you are.

No worries. As long as you aren't a terrorist, they won't imprison you or assassinate you. Though they don't even have to prove you are terrorist if they do. What could go wrong?

The new provisions in the NDAA make it so that now if the government suspects you of being a terrorist, then they can kidnap you and whisk you away to a secret prison and torture you for the rest of your life without trial or charge.

Remember Brandon Mayfield, or have you all forgotten about the time that the Federal Government suspected this man of being a terrorist only to be wrong and have the patriot act declared unconstitutional by the federal judge presiding over the case? They were forced to make an official apology to Mr. Mayfield, but with this new provision in the NDAA they will never be embarrassed like that again because no one will ever know if the person was really innocent or guilty of the crime from now on ... Its game on for Nazi America, and many Americans are all gung ho for hit just like they are for selling their children's futures for their own present convenience and just like they are willing to kill innocents all over the world in order to pretend like they are making themselves safe.

If Romney wins, America deserves everything it has coming ... And none of it is good.

Nothing could go wrong, not when Big Sis has placed the Tea Party, returning veterans, Ron Paul supporters, or anyone displaying the Gadsen flag on the terror watch list.

Meanwhile Eric Holder's DOJ via BATFE runs guns to Mexican drug cartels and the DEA allows drugs in and launders cartel drug money.........

No, nothing wrong with this picture.

Exactly, the American people who are against the illegal wars and against the hostile take over of this nation by corrupt globalist internationalists are not the criminals ... The people up in Washington are. Yet we will be the ones who will be held accountable for the crimes they are committing against the American people and against the world at large.

God will have his own justice, since the American people obviously cannot manage to get justice for themselves and are actually now nearly completely complicate.
