Probably not illegal, but certainly an indication he doens't support the USA financial system ... which made him so wealthy. If he's done this to evade taxes then he should be prosecuted. Otherwise, it's good that this is coming out. One reason he's reluctant to disclose his income tax returns.

I think what we're seeing right now is just the tip of the iceberg, I really believe that in the weeks to come, there are going to be some huge surprises about Mittens and his finances and his business dealings and who he's done business with. And it will become obvious to all but the most gullible and delusional just who he would be working for if elected president - and it's NOT the 99%.

HEY, MITTENS! WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?

I hope the pressure for him to release more than his most current tax returns continues.

Failure to disclose the money in the Cayman Islands is TAX FRAUD, even if the banks dont issue 1099's

Come on, you're smart enough to know this, right?

Romney skirted this issue of tax returns again tonight and when asked if he would do what his father, George, had done, releaseing 12 years of returns, he waffled. I suspect there's something he's embarassed by if it sees the light of day. The Obama team is smacking their lips over this. You can take it to the bank.

Would that be a bank in the Cayman Islands?

All legal.

Smart business man.

Still paid his legal taxes on the money.

None issue from the jealous.

What else is he hiding?

It turns out Bain Capital, (the company Romnay worked) for has 138 funds in the Caymans, and if someone tells me they are not there for tax evasion reason, I'll say "don't make me laugh".
Does any of these accounts have anything to do with "BLOCKER CORPORATIONS"? Don't completely understand them but it sure sounded like money laundering to me.

Most definitely. So much easier to keep it safe in the Caymans than to go through the trouble of starting new businesses that might employ his "fellow Americans." You know...they get sweaty and dirty doing all that physical labor. Better to have it overseas, paying for cheap and unseen laborers with no benefits.

Newt's income is from being a lobbyist.

It would be more noble to earn your income selling dope.
