The way I see it is that Obama easily walks into re-election. So for the sake entertainment for those of us that see politics as nothing more than drama and BS I hope it is Newt vs obama.

Just throw a dog collar around Newt's neck,
get him to start frothing at the mouth,
and have the audience yell "sic 'em".
Clearly, if Newt is the nominee,
Obama will have 4 more years.
That makes me Dog-Gone Mad

Default Newt is the only one that could beat Obama in the debates!

Those will be some fun debates!

Please GOP voters, don't mess this up. Newt all the way.

Sad thing is, many Republicans are voting for Newt for just that very reason--he has snappy comebacks. God, watching this election is like watching an ugly student council campaign in high school.

There are like 3 debates during the general election...that's it folks. You are then supposed to be able to actually lead the country. If people want Newt just for the three shows, sign up for the next Wrestle Mania pay per view and spare the rest of us the embarrassment of all of this.

Exactly. The brainwashed right wing fools love him because he acts like an out of control, uncaged wild animal that talks tons of trash.
To the general public, he will come across as a nutcase with people thinking "what the hell is wrong with the GOP for electing this guy?"

I can see Obama walking away with re-election. Game over.

The thing is, this is the GOP's race to lose. If I were a Republican I would be beyond pissed right now.
