And he/she never would've been aware of anything anyway. So they would not have cared. It's an idiotic argument for people who have nothing better to offer in the conversation.

What a silly fairy tale, I can't believe you believe that.

FACT: If a fetus is aborted NO ONE knows what it would've thought....in fact, it couldn't think.
Please don't try to ASSume what I think, it makes you look foolish...

Thank you liberals for the edumacation.
The consequences of rape are to be percieved as "gifts"?

If the rape transmits a STD to the recipient, should that be under the "gift "category too? His premise is insane and just plain void of common sense.

Just to throw out some numbers:

Around 13,000 women have abortions as the result of rape or incest. In 2008 1,210,000 abortions were performed in the US. In other words, the strongest argument for abortion is based on 1% of occurrences.

84% of women who have abortions don't use birth control.

I'm not in favor of abortion but can see justification for it in rape/incest cases. But let's be perfectly honest, the vast majority of abortions occur because people don't want to take responsibility for their actions.

I'm pro-choice, the choice being that you can either invest in some latex or have a baby. Or just keep your pants on.

Oh, you're just full of old stuff aren't ya. ASSume! Oh how cleverrrrrr!

YOU made a ridiculous statement. The ONLY way you could defend it is if you believe in the following:you believe there's fully formed, thinking, unborn little babies floating around on clouds and when a woman has an abortion a baby says , "Oh, darn, I wanted to be born and now I won't be".

If you don't then you could've used your last post to show what you DO mean....

And for a little cognitive dissonance I give you Jeremiah 1:5...

5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew[a] you,
before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

I don't claim to know all the answers, but your petty bickering sure doesn't help matters...

If there is a "God", why would he allow a fetus to even be conceived if he knew it would be unwanted and aborted?

That is not a question that lends itself to a short, sweet answer, so I'm going to give you a link that explains rather clearly the 'why' that you ask.

Why Does God Allow Suffering? - Jehovah's Witnesses Official Web Site

I don't consider myself a member of ANY organized religion, so I'm willing to accept truths from all of them.

Please prove any of these things are true or fact.
