No. It looks like Paul's support holds very steady in the teens to low 20s and he can't seem to rise above that level.

I think Santorum dropping out would help Romney slightly.

I think more Santorum backers would go to Gingrich. Seems to me that a bunch of GOP primary voters oppose Romney as much as they support anyone else.
