Yeah, "end run around congress". Apparently, doesn't matter. He has a track record of this. I have talked to previous Obama supporters who are very upset w/ him. He has very good spin doctors though and those willing to dismiss it, doesn't take much.

Obama has owned up that he was more than a little ideological before taking office. That said, he has been a lot more conservative with his use of statements and they aren't typically used in the same way as W Bush. Obama has done roughly as many so far as Bush did in all of 2006.

I don't know where he "taught" the Constitution, but it's clear that he doesn't understand the Constitution. Nor respect it.
