Think about it - you ain't gonna be getting laid if this ridiculousness ever actually makes it into law.
Not by your date, not by your girlfriend, and only by your wife if you want to have children - once she's done, you'll be done. Especially if your wife is over 40.
I'm assuming vasectomies fall under the banner of BC? Right? No snip for you. Sorry. There goes all the lovin'. Bummer.
The fact that this is even being discussed with any seriousness is beyond terrifying and should be for any freedom loving person.

Dang...I wish you wouldn't beat around the bush, just tell us what you think of him already.
This guy can talk all he wants. When it comes to voting, women will come out in droves to keep their rights to contraceptives. I come from a very religious family, but the women decided to just quietly use birth control, and the husbands knew, and said nothing. Smart men.
We need Margaret Sanger back marching the streets! A 100 years later, we are not going to move backwards on women's rights to contraception!

That's the point...women did it QUIETLY.
WHY?
Why aren't they now making some big noise ? Now's the time....past time!!
Why don't those spinelss Catholic women raise a holy stink???
Let these ignornorant, arrogant, controlling, powercrazed sexist men know that they will NOT take away women's right to Birth Control..
In EVERY interview he should be asked why was it okay for his wife to have an abortion to save her live but our wives must die, and probably the child too because it isn't viable.
They should also ask him about how many babies his wife helped kill when she worked for the abortion doctor.

In his world you do not have sex until you are married and only to make babies.
Oh and since he is into "State's Rights" he should be asked about the States that allow same sex marriage.
The only right women have to contraception is the right to buy it themselves and the government cannot not force private insurance companies to pay for it. Feminism thinks it's above the constitution.
The only right men have to Viagra, heart transplants, heart surgery, penile implants, prostate surgery, vasectomies, is the right to buy it themselves and the government cannot not force private insurance companies to pay for it.
Right?
Feminism believes the Constitution gives ALL citizens equal rights...you don't....maybe Iran would be more to your liking...
A state can attempt to outlaw anything it wants. If the voters of a given state believe that it's in their best interests, and providing it does not violate rights afforded under the Constitution, that is their prerogative. In the case of BC, the Supreme Court has ruled. It's a non-issue.
Anyone can move in the US at any given time. If you don't like the laws in California you can move to Texas. If you hate Texas, maybe Massachusetts might suit you better.
We are a representative republic. The states generally operate similarly. Sanitarium (:smile was speaking technically. States still have rights.
I don't agree with what has happened in California, but it's what the voters here have decided. When it gets too nutty, I will pack up and move. I'm a big taxpayer and my only real way to vote is with my feet.
