The foreign policy and drug war are all a plus 55 crowd needs to hear in order to never listen to Ron Paul again. For 50 years the older generation were told government must do things to keep us all safe and be the moral compass for us all. For 50 years they believed the government, used the social safety net, live off the government and support whatever the government tells them. Even thou the government continues to lie, cheat and steal they still think the morals of society are retained in the walls of washington. When young men die to defend "our freedom" they this is really what they are doing since the cold war ended.
They think presidents can just go off and do whatever they want if its about military and how we spend money. This is the generationt that was suppose to be the WATCHDOG against governmnet power and yet they voted for it and still support that power today.
The generation of people voting for religious tryanny and big government solutions are the traitors to the constitution and liberty. They do a complete diservice to the men and women in uniform fighting for a war that has no defined mission and builds other nations while our liberty is eroding. The Ron Paul voter has a wide range in different ages but most are below 40 crowd in general. They know governmnet lies, they are supporting the generation who is voting to keep the status quo and generally we notice and want to CHANGE the system that has NEVER WORKED for the individual.
