No actually they weren't the 2 delgates at large were under the rules supposed to be awarded proportionally not winner take all. They said so in a Feb. 7 memo which they never bothered to "correct" until after the election if you believe the Romney supporters who voted for the change.

Even if you believe that it was just a "honest mistake" it seems unfair to have failed to correct it until over 20 day later and furthermore it is just one in a string of "mistakes" from Iowa, to Nevada, to Maine, to Michigan that all seem to benefit Romney.

The rule to award the two at-large delegates to the overall winner was passed in February. The memo sent out was incorrect and should have been corrected to avoid confusion but it doesn't change the facts. I knew this all along and kept saying Santorum couldn't come out of there with 15 when he lost the overall primary.

Saul Anuzis, a member of the credentials committee, said the party’s rules were passed in early February to award the two at-large delegates to the statewide winner, but that a memo sent, in error, to the candidates’ campaigns said the delegates would be distributed proportionately. “While we regret the error in the memo, it does not change what was voted on by the committee,” Anuzis said. “This is much to do about nothing.”

Read the 3rd paragraph.

"The vote came despite the party’s rules that the two at-large delegates are supposed to be awarded on a proportional basis based on the statewide popular vote. Romney won the statewide vote by a 41% to 38% margin over former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum."

The GOP will not be in a position to do this for Romney against Obama.

You're not reading well - the rule was CHANGED.

Exactly, it's not rocket science once again, but some want to misunderstand it.

Uh, that is my entire point. Thanks for making it for me.

Basically I am saying 2 things.

A. They decided to depart from the memo after the election to favor Romney
B. They are horribly incompetent for waiting over 20 days, and until after the election to fix a rather material provision in a memo that candidates relied upon.

Neither speaks well of the GOP's ability to run a clean election.

Your failed attempt to make a point is a different point - that the rule was changed AFTER the election. It WASN'T. Stop lying.

Well, instead of ending the lies, I can see you're just going to broaden them. I would tell you to learn to read, but you are capable of reading and understanding what the article says. You are intentionally lying, which is what liberals do. I've pointed it out and anyone who reads the story can figure out for themselves that you are lying. So carry on.
