That's fair, I was just thinking geographically when I should have been thinking more culturally. To say a win in Florida implies any sort of support in culturally Southeatern states would be pretty misleading and would take a lot of spin. Didn't intend it that way. I don't really know what to compare Florida to culturally. It's pretty unique
Well, Florida is a southeastern state for sure. The panhandle and some of the nothern part is southern in culture, but most of the rest is not very southern in culture. I am not sure what you would compare it to either with as diverse as it is.

Disappointing showing for Romney in a Mormon state. Santorum, with no money and no campaign and some rather goofy ideas is right with him. Romney has yet to win a majority in any state (he will do that against Paul in VA, but that is a hollow victory). The republicans don't like him and he is a weak candidate to be sure.

Wyoming is 11% mormon but most of them live in the counties along the Utah border or in the bighorn basin and Romney did very well in those areas.Being mormon in the other counties is not a net positive.Having lived in Wyoming it doesn't surprise me that Santorum did pretty well there or that Ron Paul did well in certain parts of the state.
If it were easy to get 50% in a 4 way race there likely wouldn't still be four guys in the race.
Another Romney "win" with less than 40% of the vote.
Hillary Clinton had more votes than Obama's 47% of the popular vote but Romney's in a 4 way race and his 42% of the popular vote could grow to be higher than Obama's before the end?!?!
Perhaps Democrats should come out in bigger numbers to sabotage him.
Exactly what, in your opinion, constitutes a Mormon state? A state where 89% of the population is non-Mormon?
A state where LDS controls most of the political infrastructure including the Republican party. The percentage of residents does not tell the story. Everything from dog catcher to school boards to state houses is disproportionately influenced by members of the LDS in the mountain states.

I suppose thats why Santorum won Colorado.I don't believe that the LDS control most of the political infrastructure in Wyoming other than the far western counties and bighorn basin.Nevada has legalized gambling AND Prostitution....I doubt either will be coming to Utah soon

Do you believe that there is a LDS conspiracy to take over the world?
