Lol,I've had more people attend parties at my house then attended some of the counties in the Wyoming caucus.I think the Niobrara co caucus had less than 20 people

Ultimately yes, but I think an outright win would be more beneficial because of the media reaction and resulting momentum. In the end, that leads to even more delegates
