You *******s amaze me with the pride and bravado you show when supporting total failure (read obama). I would love for one of you to step up and say just what the hell you have to be proud of.

There won't be any takers...there never are.
You have to understand on thing. Some don't know failure, when it has hit them smack in the face.
Ummmmmmmmmmm no, reality speaking, this economy, is not a great thriving economy, so do not even go there, and play that game. Housing i heard tonight is going down down down in 2012 and the problem is with the thousands and thousands and thousands of foreclosures, short sales, and repos, that are not selling. Making the values of all who own a home, dwindle down even further declining. But the banks are sitting on thousands of new ones to be released. What happens with the ones already not selling.
They said for this economy to be on a upswing, we have got to have a thriving housing market, which is not going to happen, look around, you people can see.
And they said that the people lost homes mostly due to the lost of a job over the past two years. Who was President! There are companies hiring, but people are still getting laid off, that have decent paying title jobs.
We are screwed, unless someons knows about business, and how to get us out of this mess.

imo you do not need high housing prices.

remember high housing prices are only to borrow money on why the heck do you need to borrow money in the first place.

oh because you have no money.

people should stop treating housing like it's an atm like the past 10-20 years instead treat it as a place to live YOUR HOME NOT A BANK ACCOUNT.

higher prices just mean higher property taxes.

if you live in it and use it you want LOWER property values not higher because you are not selling any time soon. and since you need to pay taxes on it lower is better if you own it outright.

problem is people dont own it outright and owe money on them. hence that is the problem.

just dump them all on the market for pennies on the dollar then. 200k homes selling for 20k instead.

the person that bought it can just go bankrupt and use the money saved to buy the newly listed home for pennies then.

WIN WIN WIN except the bankster.

ron paul is correct. let poor people buy the homes LOWER THE PRICES until we can afford them then.

Since Obama beat Hillary, I have little doubt that he will have no trouble defeating a Mitt.

LOL. What the hell are you talking about? Everyone knows we are better off now than we were three years ago. Unless you were shorting the market (dumb move btw), everything is better now than before. Everything. Every freakin' thing, except the Republican party, which is going downhill; as opposed to the economy, which is going up.

Failure?

Killed Bin Laden. GW Bush could only dream of this kind of "Failure."

Saved GM.

Even Mitt Romney, with all his years in private equity, never managed to save something as big, important, and powerful as GM. And had the turnaround so quickly and so decisively. I'm sure that privately, even Romney is impressed.

Saved the economy.

Unlike Reagan, Bush Sr, and GW; who only knew how to make recessions using Voodoonomics. Yes, even Romney had to admit on TV that the economy is much better now and that he likely can't use it as his platform issue going forward.

Passed universal healthcare.

Again, of all people, Romney would be impressed if he isn't trying to please the nutwings in his party. One of Romney's proudest accomplishment as governmenor is passing statewide healthcare. To do it at the national level, Romney has to be impressed... privately of course.

Which bring us to an observation:
Most of the things being touted by Romney as his "accomplishments that qualify him for the White House", Obama has already done so on a bigger stage. Saving a big company from bankruptcy? Obama has done that. Passing national healthcare? Obama has done that. Managing and running a country? Obama has done that. Turning around the economy? Obama has done that. Creating jobs? Obama has done that. Being a religious person with high morals? Obama is that. Being clam and composed? Obama is that.

If you throw away all the right-wing BS that's been coming from his lips (which I don't think he believes in anyway), Romney is basically Obama-lite. That's one of his biggest problem. One of the obvious difference is that Romney wants to help the rich while Obama wants to help the middle class. That stance is not going to play well in the general for Romney. Which brings us to another point - it may actually make sense if the GOP nominate a guy who can better contrast Obama. Like Santorum, where the differences are much more obvious.

How the world has changed under Obama...

Usama Bin Laden gone.

Gahdafi gone.

Kim Jon Ill gone.

Combat troops out of Iraq.

Brietbart gone.

Beck gone to parts unknown.

Limbaugh on his way out.

Thank you President Obama, thanks for a kinder, gentler world.
