Tick Tock!

Didn't the right say this country wouldn't survive 4 years under Obama? Well it did and is doing better than it was 4 years ago. So 4 more years under Obama should be even better.

And please how Obama killed the 4 since he was in this country? Bush has body count that probably wouldn't be rivaled even if Obama had 4 terms.

You either have trouble reading words or you're an argumentative troll. I'm guessing the later.

Read the cited quote carefully and quit wasting everyone's time.

Quote:
House Republicans cut the administration’s request for embassy security funding by $128 million in fiscal 2011 and $331 million in fiscal 2012....Last year, Secretary of State HillaryClinton warned that Republicans’ proposed cuts to her department would be “detrimental to America’s national security” — a charge Republicans rejected.

You have to read the entire thing, not just what you put in bold.....

Because you propose a cut, does not mean it happened, which is why Hilary stated

Read and comprehend the entire sentence, not what you feel will suit your argument...

Just so you understand what proposed means:

Proposed | Define Proposed at Dictionary.com

1. to offer or suggest (a matter, subject, case, etc.) for consideration, acceptance, or action: to propose a new method.

2. to offer (a toast).

3. to suggest: He proposed that a messenger be sent.

4. to present or nominate (a person) for some position, office, membership, etc.

5. to put before oneself as something to be done; design; intend.

Actually it DID happen:

"Investigators looking for lessons from the fatal terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi might want to start on Capitol Hill, where Congress slashed spending on diplomatic security and U.S. embassy construction over the past two years.

Since 2010, Congress cut $296 million from the State Department’s spending request for embassy security and construction, with additional cuts in other State Department security accounts, according to an analysis by a former appropriations committee staffer..."
