Obama has flip flopped on a major piece of Hope and Change yet again. Something that he sharply criticized Bush for, he has now done a 180 on. He is unilaterally avoiding congress the same way that Bush did, the same way that he promised the American people he would not do.

Of course, Liberals will say that he has merely transformed his beliefs.

Can you trust any of Obama's promises?

After criticizing Bush for Executive Orders, beating his chest he is a Constitutional Scholar, Obama has the same bug as Bush had.

I hope the House can defund it.

I don't think the president had any idea at all just how totally disfunctional the Congress of the USA would be. He should have used the executive order style of governing a long time ago. Maybe right from the get go. The GOP has been so obstructionist that they oppose anything and everything. Even policy they have supported for years they will oppose if it's the Democrats that introduce it.

This obstructionist ploy has shown me the total degree of uselessness of this group of partisan hacks. It's not enough for them that they failed big time with their kick at the can, they attempt to cause the current administration to fail as bad and then have the gall to blame the president for it.

These creeps are nothing but traitors and political hors. Being tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail would be justified.

Great post and I completely agree. If it wasn't for the cry-baby teabaggers/GOP abusing the filibuster more than any other time in the history of the nation to obstruct prosperity as much as they can, Obama never would have been forced to use executive orders in the first place.

Yes, Obama has already said he finds it annoying that the constitution makes him go through certain steps to curb his power to do things.

So, it is okay if a Democratic congress curbs Bush - and Obama is right to blast Bush for trying to subvert the will of the democratically elected congress.

But now, it is okay for Obama to try to subvert the will of a democratically elected congress?

Obama = Biggest Flip Flopper the past 4 years

P.S. What is even funny is that many of the things he is subverting he couldn't even get through the Democrat controlled Senate! You can't solely blame the Republicans in those situations, he just isn't great at leading.

You really want to bring up the flip flopper issue? Willard is only on the campaign trail and is flip flopping so much, they are likely going to put his picture in the dictionary next to the word flip-flopper soon.

I can admit that Romney has flip flopped, changed positions or whatever you want to call it over the years.

The funny thing is, Obama has been a bigger flip flopper over the past 4 years and Democrats who blast Romney for it, make excuses for Obama.

Why did Obama literally change his stance on coal based on what state he was in during the 2008 primary?

The kings of the flip flopper for those in office are the tea party. Ran on "less spending!" yet spent like lunatics to force through 858 billion in new spending for the tax cuts for the right. Howled "less government! pro constitution!" yet presented and voted almost unanimously for the huge government and anti-constitution patriot act renewal and NDAA etc,..
In this case to your link, Obama isn't flip flopping, he is forced to do so by the teaparty/GOP obstructing absolutely everything and trying to destroy the country.

Partisan nonsense.

When Bush does it because a Democratic Congress disagrees...it is wrong.

When Obama does it because a Republican House (and even sometimes a Democrat Senate) disagrees...it is correct.

You show Hypocrisy, no wonder why you excuse it in Flip Flop Obama.

He didn't transform his beliefs. An unwilling and pigheaded congress forced his hand.
