Well.......what could be causing such a drastic turn around in obama's approval numbers?

Gas prices? The completely manufactured "war on women" hatched by the WH and democrats?

Poll: Obama's approval rating sinks to new low - Political Hotsheet - CBS News

Quote:
(CBS News) President Obama's approval rating has hit the lowest level ever in CBS News polling, according to the latest CBS News/New York Times survey.

Mr. Obama's job rating on the economy remains about the same as it was last month - 39 percent approve, while 54 percent disapprove.
http://s3.documentcloud.org/document...s-cbs-poll.pdf

63% Wrong track.....really bad for obama. 54% disapproval on the economy.

Uh oh.

Quote:
73. Do you think health insurance plans for all employees should have to cover the full cost of birth control for their female employees, or should employers be allowed to opt out of covering that based on religious or moral objections?
40-51 Opt OUT.

More uh oh.

Quote:
74. What about for religiously affiliated employers, such as a hospital or university?
36-57% OPT OUT.

Big uh oh.

37-51% MORE an issue of religious freedom.

The voters see right through the stunt and pandering of the democrats.

Another day of bad polling news for obama.

The last two CBS/NYT polls had a party ID gap of 10 and 7, respectively...totally ridiculous in today's political environment.

This one has the dems with a 4 point advantage..but still, the pollster under sampled republicans.

Another thing..I don't think the voters are buying the media's spin on the economy, jobs numbers.

Yeah...obama in a landslide.

Those types of polls are pretty meaningful.

Say Anything » Gallup: McCain Leading Obama, Clinton » Say Anything

I'm thinking the dems/Left/obama overplayed their hand with this made up "war on women" theme. As the poll shows, the voters regard his mandate on the church as a religious liberty issue and approve of an opt out for the church and it's affiliates.

Amazing the narrative the Left/dems/media have been shoveling has gone to pot.

I think approval ratings are much more important than head to head matchups at this point in the election cycle. You're right, things do not look good for Obama.

Agreed. His 60's strategy is not working.

What are you talking about? There's a reason almost everyone in the GOP shut up about the birth control issues. It's because their numbers with women were tanking across the country.

Maybe because it wasn't about birth control; it was about religious freedom. (Not to mention, its all about the economy, silly!)
