He's a pathetic goon, and the best the GOP can do? Absolutely meaningless that he wins CA, a state that overwhelmingly will go for President Obama. Same with the Northeast, and most of the Midwest, where he's favored over his GOP rivals.

This is a non-issue.

If he won CA by 20% it would be very meaningful as far as the GOP primary is concerned.
