So you enjoy all those endless attack ads, you wanting more of them?

How about the media that is using the PUBLIC AIRWAYS give all candidates FREE air time, and print space, based on the number of petition signatures they collect in that state.

PACS are making a deeper cesspool out of an already horrible enough situation. No candidate is actually getting heard. The noise is drowning them out.

You forgot the pile of crap in the mailbox, the overloaded answering machines from telemarketers, the litter on the telephone poles... I'm inspired to go postal.

How about a public pool of campaign donations to be spread to each candidate? That way, it doesn't matter if the PAC donates one dollar or ten million dollars, it all gets passed around.

Of course, we'd have to limit our election season to something closer to three months before elections, instead of almost a full year.

I phoned the Court this morning, there have been no objections to the preliminary injunction so far.

If granted, all money in excess of individual limit becomes suspect and cannot be spent until legal question is resolved.

Here are details if you or your organization wishes to file a memorandum in support or opposition.

U.S. District Court of Guam
4th Floor, U.S. Courthouse
520 West Soledad Avenue
Hagatna, Guam 96910

Reference Case:
1:12-cv-00004 Maise v. Political Action Committees-Class I et al
The Honorable Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood

Guam is part of USA and standard first class rate applies. Be sure to include your name, phone, address on top.

Sign your document as follows:

I declare verify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

Executed this day _________ 2012, (Place you signed) __________

Note: The forgoing was not intended to be legal advice. If you feel you may be significantly impacted by the preliminary injunction you may wish to consider seeking advice from a professional attorney. An attorney familiar with federal and constitutional law is suggested.
