Oh yes, the 1950's were so morally great. I mean who could not forget the issues with racism? Yeah, as a hispanic male, I would of loved to have lived in the 1950's. I would have been treated so much better then than I am now. Also if you were gay you probably treated a whole lot better as well. Oh and let's not forget woman at that time were nothing more than domestic housewives, that were to obey their husbands.

For a long time I thought the 1950's was possibly the worst for some of those groups, but I can totally see that it truly was the morally best time this country has had. Minorities, gays and women were so much better off in the 1950's.
