I just can't get over the hypocrisy of people who want the government to regulate the behavior of real people, but do not want the government to have any regulation of corporations who are defined as "people".
What if GE wants to look porn? To deny GE the ability to look at porn is to punish a "job creator", since corporations looking at porn create jobs in the porn industry. If you follow the thinking of Santorum and his ilk, that's precisely the irrational logic their ideas lead to.
Santorum is clearly in favor of big government.
Ban this, restrict that. Its about all he ever comes out with.
And parents shouldn't have to go through the effort now required to prevent their children from seeing pornography.
So you want a system that promotes more irresponsible parenting.
That's not conservative at all. If you want to build walls around your children, then by all means, just don't build them around me or my children, because I am a responsible parent. I don't need any help from Rick Santorum to tell me how I should raise my kids or live my life.
Really? I don't think so. The more people have learned about Ron Paul - his supposed "base" - they have voted for others in the primary. One example: the Tea Party has abandoned him, almost entirely.
The Tea Party is the GOP now. They are not at all seperate anymore. Sane tea partiers left when the GOP invaded it with their neocon minions.
