I still have to get through 1 more convention for a national spot, but it should be easy since Ron Paul supporters will be the majority there. Ron Paul supporters won delegate majorities and local GOP party officer positions at many of the state senate district conventions last month.

I just received the next convention call letter...

Candidates run and don't win the nomination and go on to run again and win...remember a man named Ronald Reagan??? Mitt didn't exactly lose, he stepped aside because the GOP asked him to so McCain could go on to win the nomination. Romney had enough delegates to stay in and make a go of it, but it would just hav muddied the waters, which is exactly what the others are doing now. It's selfish and pointless. Mitt Romney has more class than that. If he had been the nominee in 2008, we might have won.

That is awesome, I hope you enjoy Tampa. Remember though, Minnesota does not have bound delegates. Most states do.

Other than Paul supporters no one else seems to think Romney won't have the needed votes before the convention. If he doesn't do you really think his supporters will turn to Paul? No, if the delegates that have the option to vote diffferently on a second ballot change their minds, it will be for someone other than Paul. Do you realize how few delegates he has right now? Nita

I am guessing, but it just that, a guess, if Romney win PA Santorum will call it quits, especially with his little girl back in the hospital right now. He will give family issues as the reason for dropping out. In fact he may decide to drop now with her issues. Even without Romney winding it up now, he will win Texas probably and even Ca.

doesn't mean much but you keep right on thinking he can do it. It gives you something to hope for regardless of how far fetched it is.

That's what they said about Warren Harding...interesting article on the possibilities:
