Given the horrendous economy we have been suffering through, 50% sounds halfway decent.

The GOPs congress and talk radio goons have been throwing poo at the guy since day one, even to the point of sabotaging recovery efforts to make him look bad. Looks like Obama dodged most of the pook, and the GOP is looking like a bunch of smelly monkeys with their hands in the **** pile!

I would argue that Obama has sabotaged his own recovery efforts at times.

Look at his 2nd proposed jobs bill.

He should have proposed it back at least by February of 2011 when the economy was lagging, instead he announces at the start of August 2011 that he has a news jobs bill, but won't release it until after Labor Day in September. So during that over a month, he goes on vacation to Marthas Vineyard. Then, all of sudden he comes back to DC, announces the second jobs bill and says that it is an emergency and needs to be passed immediately for the economy's sake. The bill doesn't get proper discussion as it is rushed through and fails to pass through the Democratically controlled Senate.....at which point it is blamed on the Republicans for not passing. How is Obama being a leader in this situation?

It's not Obama's fault you live in Florida.

I'd be miserable too if I were you.

That was his Gallup approval rating from April 3-5. Today, his approval rating for April 4-6 was released and it has already decreased to 47%!

OBAMA 2012!!!
Is that the way liberals look at things? I am doing fine, to heck with the rest of the country? I can say the same, my stocks are doing well right now, but there are too many problems that Obama has not been able to solve. I know too many young people and even middle aged ones that are either under employed or still unemployed. I care about them as well as myself and we are led to believe conservatives are the ones who don't care.

Neither is 45% today.....that's 45% of adults. Oh man...that's means he really down around 40% with LV.

Don't worry op, he'll be back up tomorrow...that is the usual pattern from Gallup......finger on the scale.
