This was an Agreement between the Warren and Brown Zenate Capaigns that basically said that if a canidate gets an ad space from an outside of state organization they must pay 1/2 the cost of the ad and donate it to a charity of the others choice, and denouce and request the ad be recalled, so far it's been upheld.

Do you think other sentorial campagns should follow this example of trying to keep out-of-state influences out of the race?
