I think enemy country forgot incumbents need to be able to defend their record. Bill Clinton would have an easier time defending his fidelity.

The only difference between Obama and Jimmy Carter is BO has a more media friendly personality. In terms of accomplishments, were they in court, each would have to ask for mercy.
